If you look into the mirror you will see a person who thinks differently, with wider and wealthier thoughts. A person that lives with “full lungs” and experiences life with greater fulfillment and pleasure. But is that person ready to speak? Are your inner instruments of such quality that your words are coded music filled with essence of your thoughts and emotions? Verbalization level shows you how to send your words to others so that they may be decoded, properly, and instigate all the necessary parameters in others. Verbal spirituality is one of the most difficult and complicated levels but because of who and what we are, it is also a very important parameter of consciousness. Exercises will teach you to differentiate analysis and listening, how to choose the most adequate way to pass on the information to someone, how to better understand your interloper and how to perfect the art of communication.
Level 8 - Verbalization
Exercise no.1
- Assume the Standard Position and lean back. Close your eyes.
- Direct your attention to your eyes and forehead.
- Recreate an emotional state of infinity and levitation and keep it until the end of this exercise.
- Breathe slowly and deeply, for 2 min.
- Pronounce the following words out loud, suggestively and clearly: SIKLES – DAO – KAIT – EDAN – LINFA.
- Inhale and exhale 3 times.
- Repeat the same words in the same way: SIKLES – DAO – KAIT – EDAN – LINFA.
- Inhale and exhale 3 times.
- Repeat the same words in the same way: SIKLES – DAO – KAIT – EDAN – LINFA.
- Fold your arms below your chest. Bow your head slightly.
- Breathe slowly and shallowly, for 15 sec.
- Pronounce the same words silently, slowly and sacral: SIKLES – DAO – KAIT – EDAN – LINFA.
- Inhale and exhale shallowly 3 times.
- Repeat the same words in the same way: SIKLES – DAO – KAIT – EDAN – LINFA.
- Inhale and exhale shallowly 3 times.
- Repeat the same words in the same way: SIKLES – DAO – KAIT – EDAN – LINFA.
- Return to the Standard Position.
- Breathe normally and follow sensations in your eyes and forehead, for 1 min.

- Place your hands on your lap and cross your fingers. Bow your head. Close your eyes.
- Breathe slowly, for 1 min. and direct your attention to your stomach.
- Direct your attention to your left ear and pronounce the following word out loud: GAI.
- Take a 15 sec. break.
- Direct your attention to your right ear and pronounce the following word out loud: SEI.
- Take a 15 sec. break.
- Straighten up your head.
- Direct your attention to your forehead and pronounce the following word out loud: GAISA.
- Take a 15 sec. break.
- Bow your head.
- Direct your attention to your stomach and pronounce the following word out loud: BON.
- Follow your sensations, for 1 min.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.

Exercise no.3
- Assume the Standard Position and lean back.
- Fold your arms below your chest. Close your eyes.
- Breathe slowly.
- Direct your attention to your face.
- Draw a line of attention, from the top of the middle section of your forehead, over your nose and mouth, like drawing a line with a pen, for 15 sec.
- Draw another line of attention from your left to your right eye, for 15 sec. and feel like you have drawn a + sign on your face.
- Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply 3 times, for 30 sec.
- Pronounce the following words out loud: KAIMA – KAERK – LAUNDRA – GEIMA – JAJ.
- Take a 15 sec. break and keep the attention on your face and the + sign.
- Repeat the same words in the same way: KAIMA – KAERK – LAUNDRA – GEIMA – JAJ.
- Take a 15 sec. break and keep the attention on your face and the + sign.
- Repeat the same words in the same way: KAIMA – KAERK – LAUNDRA – GEIMA – JAJ.
- Follow your emotional state and sensations on your face, for 1 min.

Exercise no.4
- Assume the Standard Position and lean back. Close your eyes.
- Breathe with Free Energy Breathing, for 1 min. While breathing, recreate an emotional state of being in Egypt during the rule of the pharaohs and recall the events from that time.
- Breathe normally.
- Pronounce the following words out loud, clearly and sharply, like a command: AN – KA – SA – DU – GE – LAI – TU – EN – ED – GA – HAI – UN.
- Spread your arms sideways of your body. Turn your palms downward.
- Remain in this position, for 10 sec.
- Place your palms back on your thighs.
- Return to feeling like you are in Egypt and continue recalling events from that time, for 1 min.
- Repeat the same words in the same way: AN – KA – SA – DU – GE – LAI – TU – EN – ED – GA – HAI – UN.
- Take a 15 sec. break and follow your sensations.
- Place your palms in front of your chest, at a distance of 5cm. Bend and spread out your fingers a little bit.
- During the next 1 min. inhale normally, exhale with Free Energy Breathing. and follow your sensations.
- Place your palms on your thighs.
- Follow your sensations, for 30 sec.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.

- Assume the Standard Position and sit towards the edge of the chair. Lean forward a bit, spread your feet and place your palms on your knees. Push your head forward. Close your eyes.
- Use Free Energy Breathing.
- During the next 1 min. inhale without paying any special attention. While exhaling, imagine that you are filling up the space you are in.
- Inhale.
- Exhale and continue to fill up the space.
- Pronounce the word: ALA.
- Inhale.
- Exhale and continue to fill up the space.
- Pronounce the word: MANT.
- Inhale.
- Exhale and continue to fill up the space.
- Pronounce the word: OOO.
- Inhale.
- Exhale and continue to fill up the space.
- Pronounce the word: HAEL.
- Inhale.
- Exhale and continue to fill up the space.
- Pronounce the word: HINGU.
- Inhale.
- Exhale and continue to fill up the space.

- Pronounce the following words out loud: HEN – KAN – DA.
- Take a 15 sec. break, during which a feeling of inner stability is still present.
- Repeat the same words in the same way: HEN – KAN – DA.
- Take a 15 sec. break, during which a feeling of inner stability is still present.
- Repeat the same words in the same way: HEN – KAN – DA.
- Open your eyes and sit down in the Standard Position. Close your eyes.
- Bow your head.
- Remain in this position, for 30 sec. with the feeling of inner stability.

- Place two pillows under your head, so that you feel a slight tightening in your spine. Lean your hands against your body and place your fingers under your buttocks, so that your palms are turned upwards. Close your eyes.
- Imagine a triangle of any colour and size, standing in front of your face, for 1 min.
- Imagine that the triangle is turning its top towards your chest.
- Look at it and feel its strength pressing against you, for 1 min.
- Recreate a feeling of absolute safety and power.
- Pronounce the following words out loud, every 5 sec. and speak to the triangle, like you are giving it commands: AES – BUFA – KLINK – PUJA – BAILA – KAJBE – SVES – OST.
- The triangle disappears.
- Recreate a feeling of freedom and relaxation.
- Relax and don’t think, for 10 min.
- After 10 min. you have completed the exercise.

Exercise no.8
- Assume the Standard Position and lean back.
- Bow your head. Join the outer sides of your fingers together. Fingers are turned upwards and in front of your chest. Your thumbs are turned away from your body. Close your eyes.
- Direct your attention to your fingers and breathe, for 1 min. as if you are stressed.
- Pronounce the following words out loud, quickly and stressed: GAO – SEIN – FEIN – HAJNG – BROS – HIJNA.
- Twist your hands towards you without separating your fingers and feel that you are going through your chest with them.
- Inhale deeply, hold your breath for 7 sec. and exhale.
- Place your palms on your thighs.
- Just breathe normally, without paying any special attention, for 15 sec.
- Repeat the same words in a normal tempo: GAO – SEIN – FEIN – HAJNG – BROS – HIJNA.
- Follow your breathing, for 1 min. Notice the unusual feeling within the air you are breathing in.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.

Exercise no.9
- Assume the Standard Position and place your feet in the washbowl. Lean back. Close your eyes.
- Feel that your entire body is in clean water. Breathe slowly and deeply, for 1 min.
- Pronounce the following words out loud, slowly and with expression, towards the water you are in: HAJLA – LAENG – LUA – BOA – ION – FEI – PAI.
- Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply, for 1 min. and direct your attention to the water.
- Repeat the same words in the same way, towards the water you are in: HAJLA – LAENG – LUA – BOA – ION – FEI – PAI.
- Breathe for 1 min. and pay attention to your exhale. Water will disappear. A feeling of relief will occur. Follow this feeling.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.

- Pronounce the following words in a row, out loud and decisive, like in a military march, during 1 min: DAI – BAN – MUN – HAR – E.
- Listen to the space, for 1 min.

- Assume the Standard Position and lean back. Close your eyes.
- Breathe slowly, for 30 sec. and simulate a feeling of time slowing down and being tense.
- Listen to the clock ticking, for 1 min.
- Pronounce the following words to yourself, every 10 sec: LUNA – EINA – PELAJ – GEIMA – MAJ – KARAJ.
- Feel that time has completely stopped and feel the void, for 1 min.
- Inhale strongly and aloud.
- Exhale slowly and deeply and while exhaling, pronounce this word out loud and stretched: A-DA-MAN.
- Feel that the time moved and became a living organism, for 1 min. Feel that something new has been born.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise once in the morning and once in the evening, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.12
- Assume the Standard Position and lean back. Bow your head. Open your eyes.
- During the next 30 sec. breathe slowly, look at the flame of the candle and feel the flame.
- Close your eyes.
- Continue breathing slowly and continue to look at the flame with your eyes closed, for 30 sec. Feel the flame. You will lose the sense of space.
- Imagine the flame going into your spine, in the part below the neck, but above your shoulder blades.
- Straighten up your head.
- Direct your attention to the flame in your spine, for 30 sec.
- Pronounce the following words out loud, mysteriously: FELAE – VODA – GROM – PARNA – APRA – BOND.
- Imagine that the flame is returning to the candle.
- Bow your head.
- Become aware of the space.
- Breathe slowly, for 30 sec.
- Pronounce these following words to the flame, with a feeling of safety, stability and hope: PAI – LAI – KEN – TU – TA – ARRAS.
- Follow your sensations, for 30 sec.
- You have now completed the exercise.
