Synchro II

By now, you have great familiarity with yourself. Just thinking that some people never truly meet themselves seems distant and weird to you now. That kind of confidence and strength is required for this next step; without it you wouldn’t be able to complete this exercise. Once again it is time to unify everything you exercised previously and further fine-tune and enhance your instruments.

Note: In preparation for Synchro exercise you must first repeat exercise no.11 from Level 7 - Consolidation only once. After you repeat the exercise and get the code from Synchro exercise, from then on you only do the Synchro exercise.

Level 7 - Consolidation
Exercise no.11


  • Stand behind a chair, place your fingers on the back of the chair and bow your head slightly. Close your eyes.
  • Recreate an emotional state of seriousness.
  • Direct your attention to your legs, especially your calves and feet, for 1 min. Feel the stability in your legs.
  • Lean forward a bit and direct your attention to your entire legs, for 30 sec.
  • Open your eyes and assume the Standard Position. Close your eyes.
  • Direct your attention to your legs, for 1 min.
  • Bring your palms together and place your fingertips on your forehead. Move your hands up and down, from your eyebrows to your hair, for 30 sec. in a moderate rhythm.
  • Place your palms on your thighs.
  • Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply once and direct your attention to your forehead.
  • Follow your sensations, for 30 sec.
  • You have now completed the exercise.

Pick a number from 1 to 9. Open your eyes. Depending on the number choose a code from the list below:

Synchro II
Exercise no.1


  • Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
  • Breathe for 30 sec. and feel the neutral state.
  • Suggestively repeat to yourself the code 10 times, for 30 sec.
  • Take a 10 sec. break.
  • Repeat the code to yourself 3 times.
  • Take a 10 sec. break.
  • Repeat the code to yourself 3 times.
  • Take a 10 sec. break.
  • Repeat the code to yourself 3 times.
  • Turn your head to the left and feel the space in front of your face.
  • Pronounce the code out loud 1 time, into that space.
  • Direct your attention to the sensation you will have in front of your face.
  • Turn your head all the way to the right and feel the space in front of your face.
  • Pronounce the code out loud 1 time, into that space.
  • Direct your attention to the sensation you will have in front of your face.
  • Straighten up your head and feel the space in front of your face.
  • Pronounce the code out loud 1 time, into that space.
  • Direct your attention to the sensation you will have in front of your face.
  • Tilt your head back and feel the space behind your head.
  • Pronounce the code out loud 1 time, into that space.
  • Direct your attention to the sensation you will get behind your head.
  • Straighten up your head.
  • Direct your attention to all 4 sensations around your head and feel their presence, for 10 sec.
  • Imagine that you are connecting left sensation with the right one and front with the back one with some sort of thread.
  • Imagine a crystal pyramid inside the center of your forehead, which is rotating on its axis.
  • Direct your attention to the pyramid and its movements, for 20 sec. The sensations around the head are still present.
  • Imagine and feel how the connected sensations are going downwards through your body and disappear, for 30 sec. The center of the + sign, goes through the middle of your body. Feel that the pyramid is alive.
  • Direct your attention to the pyramid.
  • Pronounce the code to yourself 1 time.
  • Take a 10 sec. break.
  • Pronounce the code to yourself 1 time.
  • Take a 10 sec. break.
  • Pronounce the code to yourself 1 time.
  • Inhale deeply and exhale deeply with the attention to the pyramid.
  • You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
  • Repeat this exercise after 15 min.

  • Homework: Do this exercise once in the morning and once in the evening, for the next 10-15 days.

You have now completed Synchro II. Recommendation is that you move on to the next level after completing the homework of your last exercise.
