Tutorial section will provide you with some basics and explanations that will follow you throughout the entire course. It is suggested that you learn to breathe properly, both Energy Breathing and Free Breathing, before moving on to actual exercises. The rest of the positions will slowly emerge as you finish levels and exercises but you can always come back here to read in-depth explanations if something is not clear enough.

Energy Breathing
With this breathing technique, you inhale for 7 seconds, and then you take 1 second break. Exhaling also lasts for 7 seconds, after which you take another 1 sec. break. You should breathe both through your nose and mouth. While inhaling and exhaling, count in your mind or listen to your trainer. While breathing, you should produce a specific sound made by the correct positioning of your mouth and throat. The positioning of the mouth and throat is similar to yawning and therefore the throat is narrowing and making the flow of air difficult. Try to yawn and pay attention to what is happening. The sound you will produce is similar to the wind howling.
Free Energy Breathing
With this breathing technique, inhaling and exhaling are not limited by time. While breathing you should produce the same sound as in Energy Breathing.
Standard Position
Sit in a chair and straighten up. Place your palms on your thighs. Spread your feet apart, so that you feel comfortable.
