Level 1 - Initiation
Exercise no.1
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes
- Breathe normally
- During the next 30 sec. focus on feeling of the air passing through your nose, chest and stomach.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.2
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes
- Inhale, for 7 sec. and distribute air in:
- Stomach.
- Lower part of the chest.
- Upper part of the chest.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Exhale, for 7 sec. from:
- Stomach.
- Lower part of the chest.
- Upper part of the chest.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Inhale and exhale 5 times.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.3
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes
- Use Energy breathing. Imagine that the air around you is energy
- Inhale energy, for 7 sec.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- While exhaling imagine and feel that you are sending that energy into your head.
- Take a 1 sec. break
- Inhale and exhale twice.
- Inhale energy.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Send energy into your chest.
- 1 sec. break.
- Inhale and exhale twice
- Inhale energy.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Send energy into your stomach and reproductive organs.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Inhale and exhale twice
- Inhale energy.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Send energy into your arms and legs.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Inhale and exhale twice
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.

- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes
- Use Energy breathing
- Inhale energy, for 7 sec.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- While exhaling imagine and feel that you are sending that energy into your head.
- Take a 1 sec. break
- Inhale only air, for 7 sec.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- While exhaling move the energy from your head into your chest.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Inhale only air, for 7 sec.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Move the energy from your chest into your stomach and reproductive organs.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Inhale only air, for 7 sec.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Move the energy from your stomach and reproductive organs into your arms and legs.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.5
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes
- Use Energy breathing
- Inhale energy, for 7 sec.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Send energy to your head, and then move it into your chest, to your stomach and reproductive organs, to your arms and legs.
- Take a 1 sec. break
- Repeat 3 times.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.6
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes
- Use Free Energy Breathing (trainer in the video breathes for 9 sec. // you are free to do it at your own pace)
- Inhale the maximum amount of energy.
- Take a 1 sec. break.
- Exhale as long as you can and send that energy simultaneously and uniformly into your entire body. During the exhalation direct your attention to the air passing through your nose.
- Take a 1 sec. break
- Repeat 5 times.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
