Psyche is a very important and delicate instrument. It is also not a biological part of your body, instead representing its coded form. Third level exercises will teach you how to navigate around things that have been imprinted on your psyche without your consent – rules of the social environment, mentality of the region you were born in, words of your family as well as collection of your own complexes. Fine-tuning your psyche is very important for your entire system to function properly. As such, this level will build a stable psychical state, increase your self-confidence and determination and allow you to form truly your own attitudes and thoughts.
Level 3 - Stabilization
Exercise no.1
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Direct your attention to your forehead, for 1 min.
- Look at your forehead from the inside, for 1 min. Your whole field of vision will turn into a neutral grey screen.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.2
- Assume the Standard Position and open your eyes.
- Take the yellow paper and hold it in front of your face, at a distance of 15 cm. Every 5 sec. open your eyes and look at it, then close your eyes. Repeat 5 times.
- Blink fast, for 10 sec.
- Put the paper down. Close your eyes.
- Imagine a yellow screen, for 30 sec.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.3
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Imagine a yellow screen and look at it, for 1 min.
- Intensify the yellow color, for 30 sec.
- During the next 30 sec. intensify the color in the center of the screen and form a yellow circle.
- In the next 30 sec. diminish the color of the circle until it completely disappears from the screen.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.4
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Imagine a neutral grey screen and look at it, for 30 sec.
- During the next 20 sec. form a yellow circle on the left side of the screen.
- Intensify the yellow color of the circle, for 30 sec.
- Imagine that the color of the circle is spreading and colours the entire screen, for 30 sec.
- Move the yellow circle to the right side of the screen, during next 10 sec.
- In the next 30 sec. diminish the color of the circle until it completely disappears from the screen.
- Diminish the yellow color of the screen, for the next 30 sec. It will become neutral grey.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.

Exercise no.5
- Assume the Standard Position and open your eyes.
- Take the blue paper and hold it in front of your face, at a distance of 15cm.
- Every 5 sec. open your eyes and look at the paper, then close your eyes. Repeat 5 times.
- Blink fast, for 10 sec.
- Put the paper down. Close your eyes.
- Imagine the blue colored screen, for 30 sec.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.6
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Imagine a blue screen and look at it, for 1 min.
- Intensify the blue color, for 30 sec.
- During the next 30 sec. intensify the color in the center of the screen, then form a blue colored circle.
- In the next 30 sec. diminish the of the circle until it will completely disappears from the screen.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.7
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Imagine a neutral grey screen, for 1 min.
- On the left side of the screen form a yellow circle, for 30 sec.
- On the right side of the screen form a blue circle, for 30 sec.
- Look at these circles on the screen, for 30 sec.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.8
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Imagine a neutral grey screen, for 15 sec.
- On the left side of the screen form a yellow circle, for 20 sec.
- On the right side of the screen form a blue circle, for 20 sec.
- Look at these circles, for 20 sec.
- Intensify the color of both circles, for 30 sec.
- Imagine that the colors from both circles are spreading and mixing on the screen, for 30 sec.
- During the next 30 sec. diminish the color of both circles until they completely disappear from the screen. At the same time, the colors are still mixing on the screen.
- Stop the mixing of colors, for 15 sec. A shade of green will appear on the screen.
- Look at this new colour, for 30 sec.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.9
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Imagine a yellow screen, for 30 sec.
- Intensify the color in both left and right part of the screen and form two yellow circles, for 45 sec.
- Look at those circles on the screen, for 30 sec.
- Imagine that yellow circles are slowly changing their color to blue, for 45 sec.
- Look at those blue circles, for 30 sec.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 6 days.
Exercise no.10
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Imagine a neutral grey screen, for 15 sec.
- During the next 30 sec. imagine it is in the water.
- Color this water screen to yellow, for 15 sec.
- Intensify the color in both left and right part of the screen and form two yellow circles, for 30 sec.
- Look at those circles, for 30 sec.
- Imagine yellow circles are slowly becoming blue, for 30 sec.
- During the next 30 sec. alternatively change colors of circles, by your choice.
- Intensify these colors and imagine that they are spreading and mixing on the water screen, for 45 sec. The water screen is rippling.
- Diminish the color of both circles, for 30 sec, until they completely disappear from the water screen.
- Stop the rippling and mixing of colors, for 15 sec. Only one, undefined color will appear on the water screen.
- Tilt your head backwards slightly and pour the coloured water into your nape, for 15 sec.
- Straighten up your head.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 6 days.
