Fourth level exercises connect you to things around you in order to improve you. They are improving, maintaining and increasing the quality of your “inner ear”. You will gain increased intuition, understanding of your dreams, rekindled creativity, stronger trust in your decisions and judgment and feel connected to nature and everything around you.
Level 4 - Connecting
Exercise no.1
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- During the next 2 min. imagine and feel that all around you is a living, green mist.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.2
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- During the next 30 sec. imagine that all around you is a green mist.
- For the next 1.5 min, imagine and feel that this mist is entering your body through your skin and its density in your body and all around you is equal.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.3
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- During the next 30 sec. imagine that all around you is a green mist.
- For the next 1.5 min, imagine and feel that this mist is entering your body, through your skin and its density in your body and all around you is equal.
- Imagine that this mist from your entire body is gathering in the center of your chest and forms a misty green sun, for 1 min. Feel that the sun is alive.
- Move the sun from the center of your chest, to your head, for 30 sec.
- Shift the sun up, so half of it is above your head, for 20 sec.
- During the next 1.5 min. imagine and feel the part of the sun above your head radiates and envelops your entire body.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.4
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- During the next 1 min. imagine that you are forming a misty green sun in your head.
- Move the sun to the center of your chest, for 20 sec.
- Intensify radiation of the sun, for 30 sec.
- Imagine the sun is radiating throughout your entire body, for 1 min. Feel the green mist spreading in space.
- Imagine the sun and the mist are disappearing, for 40 sec.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.5
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- During the next 1 min. imagine that a mist of individual color, is everywhere in the space and it uniformly enters your body. Its density in your body and around you is equal.
- Inhale deeply and take additional mist from the space and enhance its density in your body, for 10 sec.
- Exhale strongly for 5 sec. and create pressure in your body, which jump-starts a round misty wave.
- During the next 1 min. imagine the misty wave is spreading infinitely and disappears into the space.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 6 days.
