Second level involves that which people always try to control – emotions. These exercises will introduce you to your emotions and enrich your emotional spectrum. They will show you how to remove “yourself” as well as your wants and needs as the dominant factors towering over your emotions. A purification of sorts, one that will show you how to build healthy emotional relations, how to establish emotional stability, increase inner peace, release tension quickly and face negative influence of the environment better.
Level 2 - Purifying
Exercise no.1
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- During the next 1 min. imagine that the room you are in, is filled with water. Feel that the water is touching your body.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.2
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Breathe normally.
- While inhaling, imagine and feel that cold water is progressively filling your legs through your feet up to your knees.Exhale with no special attention.
- While exhaling, feel all the cold water is progressively draining into the ground through your feet and toes. Inhale with no special attention.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.3
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Breathe normally.
- While inhaling, imagine and feel that cold water is progressively filling your legs through your feet up to your waist. Exhale with no special attention.
- While exhaling, feel all the cold water is progressively draining into the ground through your feet and toes. Inhale with no special attention.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.4
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Breathe normally.
- While inhaling, imagine and feel that cold water is progressively filling your legs through your feet up to your knees. Exhale with no special attention.
- While exhaling, imagine and feel the water in your legs warming up until it becomes pleasantly warm. Inhale with no special attention.
- While exhaling, feel all the water is progressively draining into the ground through your feet and toes. Inhale with no special attention.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.

Exercise no.5
- Assume the Standard Position and close your eyes.
- Breathe normally.
- While inhaling, imagine and feel that very cold is progressively filling your legs through your feet up to your waist. Exhale with no special attention.
- While exhaling, imagine and feel the water in your legs warming up, until it becomes pleasantly warm. While you are warming up the water, direct your attention to your reproductive organs.
- While exhaling, feel all the water is progressively draining into the ground through your feet and toes.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.

Exercise no.6
- Assume the Standard Position.
- Lean forward and place your elbows on your knees. Turn your palms upwards. Close your eyes.
- Breathe normally.
- While inhaling, imagine and feel that pleasant warm water is entering through your palms and filling up your entire body. Exhale with no special attention.
- While exhaling, imagine and feel the water in your body warming up, until it becomes warmer than the water that first entered your body.
- Straighten your back and lower your hands next to your body.
- While exhaling, feel all the water is progressively draining into the ground through your hands and feet.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.7
- Assume the Standard Position.
- Lean forward and place your elbows on your knees. Turn your palms upwards. Close your eyes.
- Breathe normally.
- Imagine how pleasant warm water is entering through your palms, filling up your entire body and then it immediately goes out through your feet. Feel the constant flow.
- Stop the water entering through your palms.
- Straighten your back and lower your hands next to your body.
- Imagine and feel how the water is draining out through your hands and feet.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.8
- Assume the Standard Position.
- Lean forward and place your elbows on your knees. Turn your palms upwards. Close your eyes.
- Breathe normally.
- Imagine that cold water is entering through your palms, filling up your entire body and immediately goes out through your feet. Feel the constant flow.
- Continue feeling the constant flow. Imagine that the cold water is warming up, during its flow.
- Stop the water entering through your palms.
- Straighten your back and lower your hands next to your body.
- Imagine and feel that the water is draining out through your hands and feet.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 3 days.
Exercise no.9
- Assume the Standard Position.
- Lower your hands next to your body and close your eyes.
- Breathe normally.
- Imagine the room you are in, is full of water.
- Imagine that this water is entering through the top of your head, flowing throughout your entire body and goes out through your hands and feet. Feel the constant flow.
- Continue feeling the constant flow. Imagine the flow of water is slowing down. Feel that the water is flowing more slowly and thoroughly, throughout your entire body.
- Stop the water entering through the top of your head.
- Imagine and feel that the water is draining out through your hands and feet.
- You have now completed the exercise. Open your eyes.
- Homework: Do this exercise twice a day, for the next 6 days.
